I'm new to this mouse breeding too. How long should I wait until the pups are weaned? I've heard between 15-28 days???

yeah, generally about 21 days. I've heard there are some good systems out there that will send you reminders when its time to wean. mLIMS is one.

Depends on the strain. Standard mouse strains like B6 wean around 20-21 days. Knockout strains are often 21-23 days or longer.

Here's some great pics of happy lab mice! This is what environmental enrichment should be!
