pENTR TOPO cloning - (May/31/2009 )

Hi all,

i'm trying to clone two genes to pENTR D TOPO vector, but all I got were negative clones. The size is 2.2kb and 7kb. 50 ug/ml Kan was used. Any suggestion will be appricated. Thanks.
