in vivo expression technology - IVET (May/10/2009 )

Hallo all,

Has anyone a good book on this technology? If I search the web I seem to find a lot of articles that use thise technology, but I can not seem to find a "simple" definition or general explenation of this technology.
Has anyone a good reference on this?

I am trying to understand this technology, but I am finding it a very hard to grasp the complete context.
