Dot blot - (May/06/2009 )

Hi,
I want to do dot blot. Has any one know if I need to we the membrane in transfer buffer and methanot or I can do it right away.

If you are using PVDF you will need to wet the membrane beforehand as it is hydrophobic until placed in an appropriate solvent (methanol)
