Beta-Galactosidase activity assay with CPRG as substrate - anyone has a good protocol? (Apr/16/2009 )

Hi all,
I'm looking for a good protocol for Beta-Galactosidase Activity Assays that can be adapted to a 96-well plate format. Also, I need to use CPRG as the substrate, I bought it from Roche and don't know how to prepare it (in which solution and concentration?).
Thanks for the help!!!

you can adapt this assay to a 96 well plate:

beta galactosidase assay (worthington)

Unfortunately, that protocol won't be useful, it doesn't guide me on how to prepare the substrate CPRG but also I'm doing this liquid Beta Gal assay to assess LacZ activation in a Y2H strain.
Thanks anyway,
