5' end RNA biotin labeling - need protocol (Apr/05/2009 )
hi all,
I need a protocol for biotinylation of 5' end of RNA. all I found was the protocols of labeling with 32P.

Rimal,
This may be a bit crude, and there may be better methods, but if you're not too concerned about how many biotin molecules attach to each 5' end, you could extend the RNA with a limiting amount of biotinylated nucleotides.
