I think you are more likely to get a better or quicker answer if you ask this in the General Lab Techniques forum or the Molecular Biology subforum or maybe even better: Molecular Biology Products subforum, there you can ask direct questions about products, more "experts" there to tell you about the product.

Most people generate their own probes by PCR. Roche sells DIG labeling kits for this.
