Negative flouroscence in real time PCR - (Mar/10/2009 )

I am using TaqMan MGB probes and I get negative fluorescence signals during monitoring of my reaction between -10,000 to -200,000. Please help

Is any contamination with a DNAse possible?

Also, some reagents may precipitate as the run goes.

How I can check the contamination of DNAase?

Is there any possibility of poor probe design? What parameters should I check?
