SVZ culture preparation contamination - (Mar/09/2009 )

I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN SVZ CULTURE PREPARATION; BUTT EVERYTIME WAS ENDED WITH LOTS OF BACTERIAL CONTAMINATION: WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF SOME BODYHELPS ME IN THIS REGARD::::::::::::

Adding pen/strep to tissue collection and dissociation media should solve this.
