I'm trying to find a free software for cell cycle analysis.
Does anybody know a website where I can find something?

try this... 30 days trials.... excellent 3rd party software for FCM. http://www.denovosoftware.com/
I love it.
If really afford the price, I recommend to have one the lab.(which i planning to push my supervisor)

I'm looking for the same thing, a program that can automatically determine where is the G1, S and G2
I know WinMDI, you need to set you own region / marker, which is very subjective, which is not what I want
