Tetracycline concnetration in selection - (Mar/08/2009 )

i know that 10ug/ml of tetracycline is suitable to maintain tet resistance plasmids, but how about the concnetration for selecting transformants? Many thanks

We use 15, but I think anything 5-15 would work well.
