I'm looking for a protocol for isolating bacteria from roots of Spartina and Juncas grasses. Thanks

its not specific on Spartina or Juncas grasses, but it might help a lot, the first links refers to an article on isoliting them from reedgrass.
The second one deals on vetiver grass.
