negative control for PCR - (Mar/07/2009 )

hi

if I use different set of primers and one DNA template, should I have one negative control for every primer pair?
if so, why? or is it enough to just have one neg. control with one primer pair?

you should have one for every primer pair because also your primers could be contaminated.
