Cell Viability - (Mar/06/2009 )

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has had problems with the Promega Cell Titer Glo Luminescence Cell Viability Assay kit. I have repeated experiments using a 96-well plate and 5000 cells/well, but I see variability each time. I also used Promega's Cell Titer Blue Cell Viability Assay kit and did not see much difference.


Is there a better way to test for cell viability?

Why don't you try MTT, cheap and OK.
