how to deal with PVDF filter after WB - (Mar/04/2009 )

after western blot, if i can store the PVDF and use again, how to deal with the filter before i store it? thanks.

Dip in methnol to rewet it before you proceed with your blotting procedure. I have used this to store membranes for a couple of days, but it may last longer.

I just leave it as such after filming it at referegerator. Sometime I wash it with TBS buffer and store at referegerator.
