Spectrophotometer Readings:-

Absorbance- 0.031
DNA/RNA conc- 1.7 ug/mL
Ratio- 1.651
Protein- 0.0 mg/mL


Dilution was 1/10

1.) How pure is DNA sample? (possible contaminants?)

3.)How to improve yield and purity of DNA sample? (except improve pipetting or increase sterility)
