Guanidinium thiocyanate and SDS-PAGE - (Feb/26/2009 )

Hi,
I'm searching information about guanidinium thiocyanate and how it can be applied in SDS-PAGE to reduce protein-protein interactions (my protein sample is an aggregated form).

GuCN and SDS are not compatible.
