Negative control problem in BSP - (Feb/21/2009 )

I have some question about BSP. I design a methylation primer set for detect the methylated state of a gene in Arabidopsis, but the methlation primer set is very weird.The negative control always show a ladder form,only the first 2 or 3 times I can get clean negative control.I think I didn’t contaminate the reagent. So I want to know why this happens? Is there any possibility that the primer sets form the ladder?
