Identification of miRNA and siRNA - (Feb/02/2009 )

Hi,

I want to identify many unknown miRNA and siRNA from minor specises at very low cost.
If you know, plsease tell me the good (low cost) company.
I want to use next generation sequencing system.

I know for each run of parallel sequencing, the price tag is ~$5000. Now many labs are having this equipment, still you need to pay cost for reagents, etc.
