Transformation and plasmid extraction - (Jun/20/2021 )

Hey,

is it possible to transform the same plasmid DNA in E.coli that I already had transformed in E.coli before and extracted afterwards?

My cloning experiment is causing me problems at the moment, so I thought it might be an easier way.

Yes, you can extract the DNA and re-transform.
