Senescence.... positive result? - (Jun/12/2020 )

Dear All

I have performed senescence experiment using beta galactosiade staining kit. I got tye attached result. since this is my first experience with scenescence, is this result a positive one?

I know this is late - yes, it looks like a lot of the cells that have stained blue are senescent. I think normally when you do this assay you would use it quantitatively in a spectrophotometer/plate reader.
