Preparation of ADP stock - (Apr/18/2019 )

Hi everyone,

I would like to know your opinions what is the best way to prepare ADP (from the crystal/powder)?

Dissolving it in water will make pH drops and it is not very stable to keep it that way (even frozen). Is it fine to dissolve it in PBS? I found information it is recommended to dissolve in buffered solutions for longer term storage but I wonder if PBS is ok? (Phosphate?)

i wouldn't use phosphate buffers (really depends on application but phosphate will interfere with most).

when preparing adp or atp, we always neutralize with base (adp and atp both have some buffering capacity)
