I dont know if this is the right place to post this but , I need an answer.

can anyone please identify this organism?

I don't see an organism. I see a blurry photo of some reflective material, possibly a needle, with an out-of focus blob near the end (left side). If you can provide a clear and in-focus photo with some sort of indication of size and magnification, then possibly we can help.

Also, what have you done so far to identify - what is the sample from (culture?, scraped off a surface?, collected outside/inside (if so where, in what location?))? Where is the sample from (in the world) and have you done anything to it that might help us work with what you know?
