Stock solution of a substance in DMSO - (Nov/23/2018 )

I have to dissolved organophosphate diazinon (304,35 g/mol) in DMSO to prepare stock solution (100 mM). I would like to treat the cells with diazinon at concentrations of 0, 1, 10, 100 μM. Can anybody help me to calculate the dilution of stock solution that the DMSO concentration in final medium does not exceed 0.1%?

use c1v1=c2v2 to determine the amount of stock to use for each point.

your stock is 1000 times the concentration of the highest concentration treatment, therefore, the highest percentage of dmso will be 0.1%.
