GLUT1 and GLUT4 expression in serum - (May/04/2018 )

I am researching on GLUT1 and GLUT4 in PCOS patients and I wondering if I can quantify their levels in serum.Is that possible? If yes, could you please let me know how(any standard protocol) and if there are any reference articles, I would appreciated it.
