How to prevent leaking during IP injection in mice? - (Jul/25/2017 )

I was doing IP injection in mice. This is how I thought I did the injection: 45 degree insertion at the lower right quadrant of abdomen while mouse is scruff restrained. The plunger was pulled back a little to check that there's no blood before delivery. A couple of the mice I saw that after I remove the needle a drop of liquid starts to form at the site of injection. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this?

Sounds like you are using a needle with a low gauge, try using a smaller diameter needle.
