How to convert the protein concentation from ug/ul to mM?? if the protein mw is about 60kDa

Use the formulae you would for calculating concentration in moles - just rearrange them. I would do it like this:

mass=c*v: amount in ug = concentration(ug/ul) * number of ul you have

Then number of moles(n)=mass/molar mass

then convert back into a concentration using c=n/v

Note that you need to make sure your units are consistent!!!! molar mass is in g/mol.

Protein size is 100 kd. Its not in g/mol

In that case you should look up the definition of a Dalton (hint:1 Da is 1 g/mol)
