How to convert the protein concentation from ug/ul to mM??

pretty much the same way you would determine the concentration of any other compound:

divide the mass by the molecular weight (mw) of the protein (eg 100kDa=100 000 gm/mole)

if you divide the ug/ul by the mw then you'll get the moles/ul or you can say that ug/ul=gm/liter, divide by the protein mw and you get moles/liter.
