tRNA folding tool - (Mar/07/2017 )

Hi there!

I am searching for a tool/software to perform predictions on seconday and/or terciary structure of tRNAs (perhaps any tool that works with RNA would do). The thing is that I would like to test in silico whether a specific mutation in a tRNA gene would have a structural effect. I am also not sure whether this is the right forum to post my question....

Any piece of help is welcome!

Check the EMBL (european molecular biology laboratory), they had many tools and software maybe they have one for what you are looking.
