TCDD (2,3,7,8-​Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin solution) cell line treatment - (Oct/09/2016 )

Hi!

I want to treat my cells with TCDD (2,3,7,8-​Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin solution),

did anyone here tried it?

I saw that this material is extremely toxic, but I also saw articles that used it. 

Under which conditions should I use it without harming myself or my lab members?

Just use standard laboratory practices and make sure that you are clean and tidy in your work... this applies to any work you do in the lab.  You may want to handle powders in the fume hood.
