weather this would be scientific or not, it would draw more arrows of consciousness from people into the microworld and everything

I have some questions:
1-The temperature in which I should warm him so generally all types of bacteria would grow on him and would show "color".
2-would changing biomes afect a lot of the microbiota production on your skin? how so(very specifically with examples)? how would it change the germination temperature of Agarman?
3-Can there be a type of substance i could use to separate each body part, so one bacteria on the armpit wouldn't try to take over the whole arm made of delicious agar?
4-If a kiss would lighten up with all the species swimming in the dark inside our mouths, what would it look like?any major "kissing bullies" inside our mouths?
what if a person with really strong bacterias on the body totally overtakes his weaker roomate's ones? would he change the mood of the roomie?
5-any thing that "normal people do" but they would stop if they had knowledge of microbiology? what is the most discusting thing you've ever seen?
6-Would it be really cool to see the 4rthdimensional repercurssions after a handshake on a person's palm ?can science do this or only agar germination ? can I see a macro sized video of microbiota interacting?
7- what would be the public space that would benefit the most from microbial awareness?

Looks nice but practically a bit weird and not possible.
I suggest you to try it with a small figure first, see what happens....
Maybe it would be better to make small pieces of agar, press them to certain spots on your body, incubate those plates and show those..
It could be even an interactive show: you let visitors take agar, rub it against their body and you let the agar incubate and you show it later .. they will come back to look at it or you ask them permission to show it (with a picture of them or the body name and their name or...)
But a gigantic man made of agar sounds nearly impossible and pretty disgusting and perhaps even dangerous after a while.
As far as I know most of the skin surface has similar bacteria all over, there will be exceptions depending on the location, such as armpit and foot, but in general most of the skin will be covered by Staphylococci such as S epidermidis and S aureus. There will also be a huge range of fungi - yeasts and filamentous species.
Most bacterial species are not particularly colorful - grey, white, tan; though some have quite bright colors under certain circumstances, and many yeasts are nice yellows and reds/oranges
You will also have problems keeping the statue incubated so that it doesn't dry out or get contaminated from the air. It is also worthy to note that you could also contaminate the public with some pretty nasty things if you are not careful.
