Enriching for prokaryotes - (Mar/16/2016 )

Hi, is there a way to enrich for prokaryotes in a liquid sample other than filtering? like some sort of eukaryote specific antibiotic?

Probably there isn't anything that covers the whole spectrum of the eukaryotes, but fungi are usually the main problem so I'd try with antimycotics.

Although it would depend on what you are trying to do with that enrichment
