Is there a way to drive translation of ONLY in vitro transcribed mRNA? - (Feb/03/2016 )

Is there some sort of clever molecular biology technique that would allow me to focus most of the translation on IVT mRNA? 

Try rabbit reticulocyte lysate... I've never used it before, but this is the sort of thing it is used for.
