Proliferation Inhibitors? - (Jan/20/2016 )

hello folks,

can you please send me your experience on proliferation inhibitors! what inhibitor you would suggest for usage in migration studies? I dont want to do serum deprivation, cause our cells massively be influenced by that.

i don't know if this is helpful or not, but, u can try to decrease the serum conc, not complete deprivation, so u can decrease proliferation as possible with the minimum effect on ur cells.
