ELISA antibody's - (Dec/09/2015 )
Hi,
I am doing an ELISA. now the protocol says to dissolve the primair antibody into Coatingbuffer(pH 9.4). isn't this a problem for the antibody with relations to the chance it will denature because of the high pH value?

Probably not -it is pretty routine for ELISAs to have a step like this. Elution at high pH is usually done at pH 10.5 or above in the presence of low salt.

there is no problem with the protocol
