Any suggestion for SDS-PAGE protocol? Anyone can help me? I'm doing this experiment now. Any tips for me?

i recommend that you download the handbook on western blotting under "protein analysis" from the ge life sciences website:

and look at some tutorial videos at the bio-rad website:
