What gene to insert in my anti-cancer virus? - (Nov/03/2015 )
Recently, FDA approved the first anti-cancer virus carrying GM-CSF gene. The rate of success has been reported at 16% only, but people say it is a good start. I am not an immunologist so I want to know what other genes are being studied that might show similar effects? Interleukins have been considered for a long time, and have been cloned into virusl genomes in many experiments, all showing promising results, but they have not received FDA approval. Any ideas?

Try googling things like "naked mole-rat cancer" (or blind mole rat) to get some ideas. But not sure if they would work on humans.
