The adipose cell culturing - (Oct/29/2015 )

Hi guys, I’m culturing the adipose cell, and firstly it was clean and in good growth state. However, along with the cells’ rapid growth, the accumulation of metabolites and CO2 increased, and the medium gradually became yellow, so I want to ask whether should I exchange the medium? Thanks a lot. 

Yes. Medium should be changed before it is fully yellow.

Generally, Medium should be changed before it has turned completely orange.
