Gene expression heat map ? - (Oct/08/2015 )

Dear Al,

I have a list of miRNAs with their log2 FC and P values, and want to create a classic heat map for better visualization. Could zou provide me with a simple tool or software, other than R, to do this ?

I also wonder if any one of you know if cytoscape package contains such a program ?

Thanks

Try MeV.

Hi! If you're still searching for it, give BioVinci a try. It works for my gene expression heatmap. You can customize the clustering method, and also the colors.

Hope this helps! And here it is: https://vinci.bioturing.com/
