PCR inhibitors - (Sep/23/2015 )

i just heard that we spray ethanol in hood and PCR work station surfaces  instead of eliminating PCR inhibitors. is it right? 

This certainly won't assist in making your PCR work. Sounds more like voodoo. The best thing to do for inhibitors is to do serial dilutions and use 10x to 1000x less template in your reaction.
