Cleaning loading dye for PCR sequencing - (Sep/18/2015 )

Hi, I sometimes use a polymerase with added loading green dye, has anyone been successful in cleaning it using ethanol precipitation or phenol:chloroform elution? 

I tried ethanol precipitation and the resulting elutant was still pretty green.

I think it is impossible to clean the green dye by that way, you'd better use new polymerase.
