Why HepG2 cells looked like that? - (Aug/11/2015 )

I cultured HepG2 cells. Two days ago it looked good, but it appeared to be changed on the third day. It was like a projection phenomenon and felt like a three-dimensional one, but there were no obvious boundaries between cells, those cell were vague. Do you know about that? Looking for your help.
