Docking of a protein with glycolipid receptor - (Jul/25/2015 )

Hello,

I am going to compare the affinity of binding sites of a some proteins for a receptor using docking programs. However, the receptor is a glycolipid. I would like to know if there is any online server or a software for docking of a protein with non-protein receptors?

Thanks

Have you done any research to see if anyone has ever modeled cholera toxin binding to its glycolipid?  It's THE classic example of a protein-glycolipid binding, maybe you can use the same sofware they did?

Thanks for your response. I searched for such study but I could not find any paper. The only online server that I found was STITCH: Chemical-Protein Interactions. However, for evaluating the ligand-receptor interaction, I should enter chemical structures as SMILES strings. I do not know how to find or write this format!
