Formalin Fixation Protocol - (Jul/17/2015 )

I am looking to fix Human Airway Smooth Muscle Cells and Gingival Fibroblasts. I am looking for a technique to do so with 10% Buffered Formalin and PBS. I am wondering how to stores the cells after fixation and the viability of the fixation over, say, a week. Help would be appreciated. 

You can store them in the fridge for a few weeks if covered in PBS (add some azide if you might need to inhibit bacterial/fungal growth). For longer term storage you can dehydrate then store at -20
