qPCR data analysis from raw data - (Jun/16/2015 )

Hey,

I am sure for most of you this question will sounds a bit silly, but I am fresh in this area and I hope you will understand me and give some nice feedback.

The point is I should made data analysis from gene expression qPCR using Grpah Pad Prism.

I have already created sheet with CT values, CV one. My questions is How should I start my data analysis?

Where ti begin? Which type of analysis should I choose in Graph Pad prism?

What is CV value?

It depends on what and how you want to present your data. Do you want to show fold changes/upregulation/downregulation?
