IgG control for IP - (May/31/2015 )

Hi,

I've recently completed co-ip experiment but have been told to include IgG as control.  This was my first experience with Co-Ip and thus I wasn't familiar with the controls.

My co-ip was done on protein from human cancer cell lines. For IgG control, which one to I use anti- mouse, or anti-rabbit?
