Dear All,

Is any other method to maintain without changing media, or store cell culture for weeks to a month, beside cryopreservation?

Currently our lab's -80 degree C freezer is broken now and I don't want to subculture&change media every week.

Not that I am aware of... can you transfer some stocks to other labs -80s?

I am also curious about the question. I have tried several possible ways but they failed.
