Lentivirus - (Apr/29/2015 )

Hi everyone:

Recently I've been using puromycin to selected cells which were transduced with lentiviral vectors and I had added puromycin 3 times already.

Should I still use this drug to screen for successfully transduced cells or move on to my experiments with such cells?

You first need to prove that the transduction has worked. Perhaps flow cytometry or immunofluorescence with staining for your target protein to check that the cells are all transduced.
