Please when performing a cell signalling experiment, which is the best method in harvesting the cells after treatment to have minimal damage to cell surface receptors.

Harvest for what purpose? If you are just harvesting for western blotting, then lysis directly in the dish is probably the best.

Sorry I left out the purpose. I am harvesting for Western blot and Flow cytometry.
