Where to obtain strain E. coli K12 SB536 ? - (Mar/18/2015 )

Dear all,

does anyone know where to get the E. coli K-12 SB536 strain (good for expression of proteins in periplasm)? I searched the Google all over, however I did not get any useful clues.

Thank you, but there is no mention of this strain. Actually, the primary citation is http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8576052, however this (slightly old) paper is from people at Genentech.

It seems that this strain is not commercially available. Perhaps it can be obtained from some group?

I would try the Yale E. coli Genetic Stock Center.
